Start your adventure among the ancient Roman ruins of Caerleon. Explore the impressive amphitheatre—nicknamed the “Stonehenge of Roman Wales”—where gladiators once fought, and legends say King Arthur’s Round Table may have stood.

Stroll through the charming streets of Monmouth, birthplace of King Henry V. Cross the unique Monnow Bridge, the only medieval bridge in Britain still topped by its original gatehouse.


Enjoy around 1.5 hours of free time to explore the magnificent Tintern Abbey and have lunch at one of the nearby cafés or pubs.

Discover Chepstow’s dramatic riverside castle—the oldest stone fortress in Britain or enjoy a leisurely stroll through the charming town and relax with a coffee at one of the many picturesque cafés by the river.
