Begin your adventure by meeting your guide in Aviemore. After a short drive, arrive at the river and get kitted out with all the necessary equipment, including a warm winter sleeping bag. Then, set off on your canoeing adventure.

Paddle through the stunning landscapes of the Cairngorms, passing pine forests, castles, and small villages. Keep an eye out for wildlife, including ospreys, buzzards, dippers, otters, and salmon making their annual run.

In the evening, set up camp on a sandy riverbank or grassy meadow. Enjoy a delicious meal cooked over an open fire, then relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Scottish countryside.

Continue your journey the next day, paddling through whisky country and enjoying the stunning scenery. Stop for lunch on a riverbank, then continue your journey to the Moray Firth.
