Experience Northern Ireland's spectacular Causeway Coast at its wildest on a small group winter tour from Belfast.

Winter brings a completely different atmosphere to the Causeway Coast. Dramatic skies, crashing Atlantic waves, wind and changing weather can make the coastline feel even more powerful and atmospheric.

There is no guarantee of sunshine — but that's part of the adventure. Bring a good waterproof jacket and embrace the elements!

With a maximum of just 8 guests, travel in a relaxed small group with a local guide.

Your day includes

Begin at the atmospheric Dark Hedges, one of Northern Ireland's most photographed locations.

Continue to the Carrick-a-Rede coastal viewpoint before visiting picturesque Ballintoy Harbour, a small harbour surrounded by dramatic cliffs and coastline.

Your main stop is the Giant's Causeway, Northern Ireland's UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take time to explore the extraordinary landscape of thousands of interlocking basalt columns formed by ancient volcanic activity.

After the Giant's Causeway, take a refreshment break in Bushmills before choosing how to spend your afternoon.

Choose your afternoon option

Bushmills Distillery Option
Join a scheduled tour at the world-famous Old Bushmills Distillery, followed by time for refreshments.
(Admission is not included and advance booking is recommended).

Portrush Option
Enjoy free time in the popular coastal town of Portrush. Explore the promenade, beach, cafés, shops and some of Northern Ireland's favourite cosy coastal pubs.

Dunluce Castle and Portrush Option
Combine shorter time in Portrush with a visit to dramatic Dunluce Castle, perched spectacularly on the Causeway Coast. (Admission is not included).
