Giới thiệu sản phẩm

Trier and water – a connection with history. On this extraordinary city tour, you'll explore the development of bathing culture from antiquity to the 20th century. Along the old Roman main road, the Decumanus, the tour leads off the classic paths through the city center – always following the water.

Three UNESCO World Heritage sites are on the agenda: the imposing imperial baths, the Babarathermen with their well-preserved hypocausts, and the Roman bridge, which is over 2,000 years old. Starting with an exciting indoor tour of the imperial baths, you'll dive deep into Roman bathing culture – from technology to everyday life.

The path continues along the former water pipeline through the green avenue belt, past the TUFA, the Neustraße, and the synagogue. At the Barbarathermen, you'll learn how Roman baths were heated – a true masterpiece of ancient engineering. The tour ends with a view of the Roman Bridge and the Moselle – because bathing in the river used to be part of everyday life. The tour ends atmospherically at the cranes.
