Giới thiệu sản phẩm
Regensburg has been my home for many years, and over time I’ve come to know the city not only through its history, but through everyday life. I love discovering the stories behind its beautiful buildings, quiet corners and lively squares—and sharing them with people who are seeing Regensburg for the first time.
My tours are not scripted performances or rushed checklist walks. I guide every tour myself, which means your experience is personal from the very first step. We go at a pace that suits you. We pause when something catches your eye. We take detours if curiosity leads us down a side street. That flexibility allows us to move beyond the obvious and experience Regensburg as more than just another stop on a travel itinerary.
On this walking tour, we’ll explore the heart of Regensburg’s Old Town, from its Roman beginnings to its medieval heritage. We’ll visit famous landmarks such as the Stone Bridge, St. Peter’s Cathedral, Porta Praetoria and the Old Town Hall, while also looking beyond the obvious sights. We’ll talk about the emperors who gathered here, the merchants who built fortunes along the Danube, and the communities—Christian and Jewish alike—who left their mark on the city.
We’ll wander through narrow cobblestone streets, discover hidden courtyards, and notice architectural details that tell quiet stories of wealth, faith, and ambition. Along the way, I share insights into everyday life—both past and present. Regensburg is not a museum; it’s a living city. I’m always happy to recommend my favorite places for a coffee, traditional Bavarian food, or a well-earned local beer after our walk.
