On a guided tour lasting around two hours (€35 per person), you will get exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into our city cheese dairy and visit our cheese treasure trove – a place that few people get to see.

Discover how cheese is made in the heart of a big city, learn fascinating facts about production, aging and traditional tools, and ask all your questions directly to our team. The highlight is a unique tasting of our Isarbazi at different stages of maturation – you've definitely never experienced cheese like this before.

The guided tour is suitable for cheese lovers, the curious, families, couples, friends, as well as tourists and Munich residents alike.
Please note that there are no toilets on site and access to the maturing cellar is via a steep, narrow staircase without an elevator.
