Climb aboard a traditional Venetian gondola and take a relaxing ride on the Alster River. Admire the sights of Hamburg from the water as you are rowed along by a gondolier.

Meet your gondolier, Carlo, who was trained in Venice and has been rowing gondolas on the Canal Grande since 2009. Hear about his experiences rowing in regattas and learn about the history of gondolas in Venice and Hamburg.

Set off on your journey and take in the sights of Hamburg from the water. Admire the city's skyline and see the lush greenery that lines the riverbanks. Enjoy a unique experience as you explore the city from the water.

Feel free to ask your gondolier any questions you may have about the city or the gondola. If you're looking for a special experience, such as a private ride for a marriage proposal or a birthday celebration, feel free to get in touch with the operator to discuss your ideas.
