Embark on a captivating 10-day adventure blending Cape Town’s iconic city charm with the natural beauty of the Garden Route.

Day 1-2: Cape Town (Unguided)
Arrive in Cape Town and transfer to your accommodation. Enjoy free days exploring at your own pace. Your included City Sightseeing bus pass lets you discover and reach top attractions like Table Mountain, Kirstenbosch Gardens and the V&A Waterfront. Overnight stay options: Never@Home Backpackers or Hotel Sky.

Day 3: Cape Point (Guided)
Join a small group guided Cape Point tour via the scenic Chapman’s Peak Drive. Visit Boulders Beach (optional entry extra cost) to see the African penguins and explore the wild landscapes of the Cape of Good Hope National Park. Overnight stay options: Never@Home Backpackers or Hotel Sky.

Day 4: Cape Winelands Tour (Guided)
Explore the Cape Winelands with wine tastings at a minimum of three estates and time to wander in Franschhoek. Overnight stay options: Never@Home Backpackers or Hotel Sky.

Day 5: Travel to Oudtshoorn (Guided)
Travel along Route 62 with a wine tasting stop en route to Oudtshoorn, the ostrich capital of the world. Overnight stay options: Uthando Backpackers or Barron van Rheede Guesthouse.

Day 6: Cango Region & Addo (Guided)
Explore the Klein Karoo region and tour deep underground in the Cango Caves. Continue toward Addo with a local South African treats tasting stop featuring bobotie, roosterkoek, koeksisters and melktert. Enjoy a safari drive in the Addo area. Overnight stay options: Avoca Backpackers or Happy Lands Guest farm.

Day 7: Addo & Jeffreys Bay (Guided)
Start with a morning safari in Addo Elephant National Park before travelling to Jeffreys Bay, South Africa’s surf capital. Optional activities include surfing or beach horseback riding. Overnight stay options: Island Vibe Backpackers or Supertubes Standard Rooms Guest House.

Day 8: Tsitsikamma Area (Guided)
Enjoy optional adventure activities like the Bloukrans Bungy Jump or optional ziplining over waterfalls in Tsitsikamma. Visit Knysna Heads and explore the Garden Route National Park region. Overnight stay options: PiliPili Backpackers or The Rex.

Day 9: Wilderness Area (Guided)
Travel the scenic coastal route with a safari stop near Mossel Bay before returning to Cape Town or Stellenbosch by evening. Overnight stay options: Never@Home Backpackers or Hotel Sky.

Day 10: Free Day & Departure (Unguided)
Enjoy a final free day in Cape Town. Optional activities like skydiving, shark cage diving or extra wine tasting before your included airport transfer to Cape Town International Airport.
