Your day begins with convenient pickup (from 08:00) before heading into the winelands. Start in Stellenbosch with a visit to the Stellenbosch Dorp Museum, offering insight into the region’s colonial heritage and the stories behind one of South Africa’s most iconic towns.

Continue to Drakenstein Prison, the site associated with Nelson Mandela’s release in 1990, a powerful stop that adds historical depth to the day and connects the landscape to South Africa’s modern journey. From there, travel onward to Franschhoek, known for its French Huguenot roots, boutique charm, and vineyard-framed streets—perfect for a stroll and photos.

The highlight is a visit to the renowned KWV Wine Estate. Join a guided cellar tour to learn about the winemaking process, then enjoy a wine tasting featuring locally produced wines while your guide shares context about the estate and South Africa’s wine traditions.
