Pickup is included from any accommodation, hotel, or villa in Mauritius. Please wait in your hotel lobby 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Your driver will greet you and ensure a smooth, comfortable transfer to the departure point.

Begin your adventure at Trou aux Cerfs, an extinct volcano dating back approximately 700,000 years. From the crater’s viewpoint, admire spectacular panoramic views across Mauritius, including its dramatic mountain ranges and surrounding towns.

Continue your scenic drive towards Mare aux Vacoas, the largest natural water reservoir in Mauritius, before travelling through the cool and verdant landscapes of Plaine Champagne.

Your journey then takes you to Grand Bassin (Ganga Talao), a sacred crater lake and one of the most important Hindu pilgrimage sites in Mauritius. Learn about the religious and cultural significance of this peaceful location, particularly during the annual Maha Shivaratri pilgrimage dedicated to Lord Shiva.

Continue through the lush Black River Gorges region, surrounded by dense native forests and spectacular mountain scenery. Stop at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the dramatic gorge and enjoy impressive views across the valleys and tropical landscape.
