Many of these grand sanatoriums are abandoned, creating a perfect location for urban exploration. The architectural beauty, coupled with the haunting atmosphere of decay, makes Tskaltubo a "heaven" for urbex explorers. Its large, deserted buildings, such as the Central Bathhouse and Stalin's personal bathhouse, are some of the key highlights for explorers.
