Giới thiệu sản phẩm

There are parts of Buenos Aires where history isn't kept behind glass cases, but is lived every day in its streets, its shops, and its aromas. The Once neighborhood is home to the heart of the Argentine Jewish community, one of the largest and most influential in Latin America. Understanding its legacy requires going beyond historical facts and immersing yourself in the daily life of its residents.

This 2.5-hour walking tour invites you to learn about the identity, heritage, and flavors of the Jewish community through the eyes of a local host with a generational connection to the neighborhood. In a small group of no more than 6 people, you'll discover how Ashkenazi and Sephardic traditions intertwine with urban life in Buenos Aires.

The activity begins in the central Plaza Houssay with an introduction to the origins of immigration in the city. From there, the itinerary takes you into the vibrant Calle Lavalle and the urban fabric of Once. During the walk, you'll observe the exterior architecture of landmarks such as the AMIA and the Templo Paso, understanding the social and cultural role that these institutions play.

Along the way, history is complemented by cuisine: you'll make stops to taste specialties of Ashkenazi and Sephardic cuisine, combining traditional recipes with the culture of street food. The tour ends at a café run by a local foundation dedicated to workplace inclusion, where you can enjoy a drink of your choice in a community setting.

Unlike sightseeing tours or rigid institutional visits, this experience prioritizes the human scale. The group size, limited to 6 people, ensures a smooth conversation, allowing you to ask questions, adapt the stops, and experience the true atmosphere of the neighborhood without the dynamics of a large group.

An opportunity to discover a key multicultural dimension of Buenos Aires, combining memory, neighborhood life, and authentic flavors in a single walk.
