Welcome to Western Serbia - a region that placed Serbia firmly on the European travel map. This is a land of dramatic viewpoints, deep canyons, emerald rivers, and traditions that are still very much alive. Here, nature is not a backdrop but the main character, shaping local life, food, architecture, and stories.

This multi-day journey takes you from royal heritage and vineyards in central Serbia to wild mountain landscapes, sacred gorges, film villages, panoramic railways, and one of Europe’s most breathtaking river canyons. Western Serbia is where your senses awaken - where the air smells of pine forests, homemade bread, and mountain herbs, and where every turn of the road reveals a new postcard-worthy view.

This tour is designed for travelers who want to slow down, breathe deeply, and experience Serbia through its landscapes, local customs, and authentic encounters.

Day 1: Belgrade – Topola – Zdravkovac

Morning: Departure from Belgrade. Stop at Avala Tower for panoramic views.
Late Morning: Visit Oplenac – Church of St. George and the Karađorđević Mausoleum.
Lunch & Wine Tasting: Winery Aleksandrović with traditional lunch and wine tasting.
Afternoon: Drive to Zdravkovac for overnight stay.

Day 2: Ovčar-Kablar Gorge – Mokra Gora

Morning: Drive to Ovčar-Kablar Gorge (4–5h). Scenic viewpoint at Mount Kablar, visit one or two monasteries, optional boat ride on the West Morava River.
Lunch: Late lunch in the gorge area.
Afternoon: Continue to Mokra Gora with a stop at the Drina River House near Perućac.
Evening: Check-in and overnight in Mokra Gora.

Day 3: Mokra Gora – Tara – Zlatibor

Morning: Šargan Eight railway ride.
Late Morning: Visit Drvengrad (wooden village by Emir Kusturica).
Lunch: In Drvengrad.
Afternoon: Tara National Park and Banjska Stena viewpoint overlooking the Drina canyon.
Evening: Drive to Zlatibor for overnight stay.

Day 4: Zlatibor – Uvac

Morning: Zlatibor Gold Gondola (round trip with views). Visit Stopića Cave.
Late Morning: Gostilje Waterfall walk.
Lunch: In Gostilje or Sirogojno.
Afternoon: Old Village Sirogojno open-air museum.
Late Afternoon: Drive (approx. 2h) to Uvac area.
Evening: Check-in and rest.

Day 5: Uvac – Belgrade

Morning: Boat tour in Uvac Special Nature Reserve (3–4h), explore meanders and griffon vultures.
Lunch: Local restaurant near Uvac.
Afternoon: Drive back to Belgrade (4–5h).
Evening: Arrival in Belgrade, end of tour.
