Embark on a half-day adventure to Altun Ha, one of the most significant ceremonial and trading cities of the Maya Civilization, located just 30 miles north of Belize City. This tour offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich history and culture of the Maya people.

Your journey begins with comfortable transport from Belize City to Altun Ha. Upon arrival, you'll be guided through two main plazas where you can walk among ancient ruins and feel the echoes of the past. The highlight of the tour is the climb up the tallest temple in Plaza B, where inside one of the tombs, the largest carved jade artifact in the Maya world was discovered. This jade head, dedicated to the Sun God Kinich Ah, is Belize’s most treasured artifact.
