Each dish is presented with a sense of ceremony: crispy lamb chops, tender and juicy Buddha Jumps Over the Wall (incredibly fresh), and abalone rice with generous portions of flavor. The biggest surprise is the post-dinner dice game – guessing high or low, comparing scores – creating a lively atmosphere where everyone gets involved.
