Those with poor health should consult a doctor to determine if they can participate in this tour and prepare commonly used and emergency medications accordingly. Travelers are solely responsible for any consequences arising from their own illnesses. ② In case of an emergency, please notify our staff. The travel agency will assist in taking the traveler to the nearest local medical institution for examination and treatment. The travel agency is not a professional medical consulting institution and cannot determine whether a traveler's health condition is suitable for participating in this tour. By signing the tour contract with the travel agency, the traveler acknowledges that they understand the strenuous nature of the tour and the limited medical conditions available during the trip, and has obtained the consent of a professional doctor. Because colds and fevers can worsen in high-altitude areas and trigger altitude sickness, potentially endangering lives, this tour is not recommended for guests with these conditions.
Travel Agency Disclaimer: This itinerary is not suitable for pregnant women, infants, or other special groups; nor is it suitable for guests with significant heart, lung, brain, liver, or kidney disease, severe anemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, heart disease, asthma, Alzheimer's disease, mental illness, physical disability, intellectual disability or impairment, cancer, or other conditions that may threaten their life or cause serious consequences. If you have similar medical history, please weigh the consequences carefully and assume full responsibility for all consequences. 2. [Document Requirements] Please be sure to bring the original copy of the identification document you provided during registration. This document will also be required for accommodation and at scenic spots! Your cooperation with the travel agency is appreciated! If you are unable to check in due to not having valid identification, you will be solely responsible for any resulting losses.
3. [Consumption Notes] Regarding religion: Aba Prefecture is a sacred site of Tibetan Buddhism. Religious items are available for purchase at scenic spots and temples. Please respect local customs and traditions and make purchases voluntarily according to your own beliefs. Regarding optional activities: Facilities along the way, shuttle buses (sightseeing buses, electric vehicles, etc.), entrance fees, meals, and accommodations not included are not considered optional activities and are not recommended by the travel agency or driver. Please do not misunderstand. Complaints arising from these expenses will not be accepted by our company. Thank you for your understanding!
4. [Itinerary Arrangements] ① During the peak tourist season (July-October), due to the large number of tourists visiting Jiuzhaigou, traffic jams or traffic control measures are frequent along the scenic route. The travel agency and guides will adjust departure times, meal times, and meal locations based on the actual situation on the day or in the near future to ensure that tourists can enjoy their visit as normally as possible, or to minimize losses caused by traffic jams, large crowds, etc. We hope that tourists will understand and cooperate. ② This product is a nationwide group tour for individual travelers. The connection between different tourists may cause waiting. The times agreed in the itinerary are all estimates and there may be some errors in the actual times. This product is a destination-based group tour. If it is due to the off-season or a small number of participants, depending on the needs of the tour, it may be combined with similar routes. There may be changes in the guides and tour members for some parts of the itinerary. We ask for your understanding. The specific number of group tours and the itinerary segments depend on the number of participants for the route.
5. **[Force Majeure Disclaimer]** The travel agency shall not be liable for any economic losses incurred by tourists due to force majeure events or other objective reasons not attributable to the travel agency, or due to the tourist's personal reasons. The travel agency shall not be liable for any changes, delays, or early termination of the tour itinerary caused by force majeure events such as government actions, severe weather, natural disasters, flight/train delays, cancellations, traffic control, breakdowns, or traffic jams. Any resulting increases or decreases in costs will be handled by refunding tourists for unused expenses and bearing any excess costs. Such costs are the responsibility of the guest. The agency reserves the right to adjust the itinerary and accommodations while maintaining the original attractions. The travel agency may adjust the order of sightseeing spots without reducing the number of attractions; if the travel agency must adjust or change the itinerary stipulated in the travel contract, it shall explain this to the tourists. Any additional costs or losses incurred as a result shall be borne by the guest; the agency shall not be liable for any reduction in the number of scenic spots; any personal injury or property damage caused by public transportation, such as flight delays or weather conditions preventing timely arrival, shall be borne by the tourist.
6. [Insurance Information] ① Travel accident insurance requires tourists to provide their valid identification documents (ID card/passport, etc.) at the time of registration so that the travel agency can purchase the insurance in a timely manner for it to become effective. The effective date of the travel accident insurance is immediately after the group departs on the day of the trip. ② If a tourist insists on refusing to provide valid identification information before departure, the agency reserves the right to refuse service. Your understanding is appreciated! In the event of an accident covered by the insurance policy during the tourist's trip to Sichuan, the insurance company will provide compensation according to the policy terms. The travel agency will only assist guests in handling the situation but will not assume any additional obligation to advance compensation.
7. [Safety Tips] Please follow the instructions of the tour guide and cooperate with the driver and tour guide during the tour. The tour guide and other staff of the travel agency cannot provide one-on-one service to tourists. The travel agency staff have fully informed tourists of the precautions and health requirements for this itinerary when accepting their registration. During the tour, tourists must pay attention to their own safety and the safety of any accompanying minors, and keep their personal belongings safe, including valuables and documents, with them at all times. The travel agency does not assume guardianship of tourists; if tourists lose items due to their own reasons, they are solely responsible. The travel agency and tour guide are obligated to assist in searching for or reporting lost items, but are not responsible for compensation. Please carefully check your valuables before leaving the hotel and dining area to avoid loss; the scenic area is located in an area inhabited by Tibetan and Qiang ethnic minorities, so please respect the religious beliefs and customs of the local ethnic minorities during the tour; please avoid going out alone after nightfall, and do not go out for free activities too late, preferably in groups; do not easily trust strangers, do not be greedy for small gains, and be wary of being deceived! Visitors are requested to strictly abide by the scenic area's rules and regulations. Activities are permitted only on designated boardwalks, pedestrian paths, and viewing platforms. Wading in the water, feeding fish, entering ponds, sitting on railings, walking outside designated boardwalks and pedestrian paths, and smoking are strictly prohibited. Violations of national and scenic area regulations will result in hefty fines and administrative penalties. We also advise against horseplay or roughhousing within the scenic area to prevent accidents.
8. [Notice Regarding Leaving the Group] ① If a tourist leaves the group or withdraws from the tour without authorization, it will be considered a unilateral breach of contract and an automatic abandonment of the itinerary. The contract will be terminated, the insurance will automatically expire, and no refunds will be given for unused expenses. If this results in additional costs for the travel agency, the travel agency has the right to demand compensation or damages from the tourist. The tourist will be compensated 20% of the total contract amount. Any uncompleted portion will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and the agency will not provide a refund (all unused expenses are non-refundable, including round-trip airfare, entrance fees, accommodation, transportation, meals, and tour guide service fees). The agency will not be liable for any additional costs incurred by the tourist. Refunds for normal items (such as ticket discounts) will be based on the agency's discounted price, not the listed price. ② If a guest or group leaves the company's tour guide without authorization and goes to attractions outside the itinerary with other unrelated individuals, it will be considered a breach of contract by the guest or group. Related expenses will not be refunded, and the company has the right to terminate all reception activities for that guest or group and will not be liable for any accidents that occur to the guest or group.
