Legoland® Shanghai Resort Tickets

Admission Information:

• Guests must hold a valid ticket to enter Shanghai LEGOLAND® Theme Park (hereafter “the Park”) and present a government-issued ID to verify age and identity. Tickets are non-transferable and valid only for the person named, within the validity period. Any modifications will void the ticket. For detailed ticket policies, please refer to the booking page.
• Plan your visit according to ride wait times and operating hours. Access to certain attractions may also be restricted by height, health conditions, or specific ride/attraction requirements.
• No interviews or media coverage may be conducted without prior permission. Guests may not take photos, record videos or audio, or live-stream for commercial purposes within the Park.
• Any activities or behaviors that may endanger Park operations, compromise ride functions, or disrupt other guests’ experiences are prohibited, including any acts banned by law.
• Guests are responsible for safekeeping personal belongings.
• Always ensure the safety of accompanying children. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or above.
• To speed up entry, register your facial recognition information in the Park’s official app prior to arrival. The Park prioritizes entry via facial recognition; other verification methods will not provide fast-track access.
• In accordance with laws and safety regulations, all guests and belongings are subject to security checks before entering. Please cooperate with staff. All items will be inspected, and every guest must pass through a metal detector.
• For safety, some bags and items may be restricted. Unattended items may be handled appropriately by staff.
• Please respect other guests, staff, performers, and LEGO minifigures. Follow Park staff instructions at all times and use civil language both online and offline. Avoid dangerous, illegal, destructive, or aggressive behavior.
• Wait patiently and respect others. All group members should queue together; no cutting or saving spots for others.
• The Park is designed for families with children aged 2–12. Smoking is strictly prohibited, including tobacco, e-cigarettes, or any smoke-emitting products.
• Only Park-operated boats are allowed in designated areas; private boats are prohibited.
• Tickets and hotel bookings should be purchased only via official Park channels, including the official app, WeChat Mini Program, Douyin store, and Fliggy official store. Purchases from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit or fraudulent, and guests bear the associated risks. The Park cooperates with government authorities to combat illegal activities.
• Please note: Any products or services purchased through unauthorized or non-official channels cannot be guaranteed as authentic or legitimate and may involve counterfeit or fraudulent activity. Guests assume all risks and responsibilities arising from such purchases. The Park works closely with relevant government authorities, regularly reports suspicious activity, and actively combats such illegal practices.
• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, the following activities are prohibited in the Park:
• Reselling tickets, organizing demonstrations, protests, petitions, or soliciting customers.
• Selling, renting, exchanging, distributing, or displaying any goods or services—including but not limited to tour services, Park products, or other items—without our written permission.
• Distributing or displaying any form of printed materials, recordings, flags, banners, or signage without our written permission.
• Organizing gatherings, themed events, religious activities, performances, speeches, or performance art without our written permission.
• Engaging in any illegal, dangerous, disorderly, or aggressive behavior, or any actions that may threaten the safety of other guests, including but not limited to:
  - Running, jogging or climbing
  - Fighting, threatening others, or getting into a physical altercation
  - Use insulting or obscene words or indecent or threatening gestures
  - Multiple people walking side by side or occupying too many aisles, causing inconvenience to others
  - Cutting in line, pushing others, using uncivilized language or disrupting the queue order
  - Walking on the lawn or entering the green landscape areas within the park
  - Staying for a long time near store doors, sidewalks, entrances and exits, or elevators, obstructing the passage of others
  - Using noise-generating devices (such as radios, horns, whistles, megaphones, and other loud noise devices)
  - Entering park waters, swimming, fishing, picnicking, camping and cooking or barbecuing
• Littering or discarding personal items without using trash bins.
• Engaging in activities that may infringe on the legal rights of others—including other guests, the Park, related parties, or staff—such as intellectual property, property, privacy, or portrait rights.
• Any other actions prohibited by applicable laws and regulations.

Visitor dress code:

• Do not wear inappropriate or revealing clothing. Clothing with offensive language, religiously insensitive symbols, cult symbols, or any indecent attire is prohibited. Avoid wearing floor-length skirts or outfits that may interfere with other guests’ experiences.
• Do not wear clothing for commercial or promotional purposes.
• Do not wear heavy makeup effects, masks, veils, or items covering all or most of the face, except for:
  - Face coverings for medical or health reasons
  - Situations expressly permitted in writing by the Park
• Guests must maintain neat and proper attire while in the Park. Do not wear clothing that may be mistaken for Shanghai LEGOLAND staff uniforms. If attire is deemed inappropriate, indecent, or disruptive to other guests’ experience, the Park reserves the right to refuse entry or request the guest to leave.

Prohibited Items Policy:

• The following items are strictly prohibited: flammable or explosive materials, such as firecrackers, fireworks, handheld confetti cannons, etc. Knives, weapons, laser pointers, replica weapons, or toy guns (including but not limited to toy blasters and water guns) are also prohibited.
• Bags, containers, or luggage exceeding 46 cm × 33 cm × 20 cm, as well as wheeled suitcases of any size, are not allowed inside the Park.
• Please do not bring glassware, ceramics, or other fragile items, except those required for medical purposes, infants, or special dietary needs.
• Do not bring any vehicles or rideable devices of any size (except strollers that meet the required size and can only be pushed from behind), including but not limited to wagons, children’s camping carts, children’s tricycles, trolleys, wheeled transport tools, luggage with built-in child seats, trailers, etc., whether electric, manually pushed, pulled, or towed. Strollers must not exceed 110 cm in length and 80 cm in width, including all accessories and fully extended attachments.
• Roller-type recreational equipment such as roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, and scooters is not permitted.
• Kites and remotely controlled devices (such as drones and remote-control toys) are not allowed.
• Cameras or video equipment that may pose safety risks, disrupt park operations, or affect the visitor experience are not permitted, including but not limited to: all tripods, selfie sticks and stabilizers with tripods or any extension and telescopic functions, professional or commercial stabilizers, lighting equipment, etc.
• Folding chairs or stools are not allowed.
• Animals are not permitted, except guide dogs. Guide dogs must be kept on a leash and under the owner’s control at all times. Some attractions may not allow guide dogs to enter.
• Items prohibited by relevant laws and regulations, as well as any dangerous or destructive items, are not allowed.
• Guests may bring manual wheelchairs and electric wheelchairs with at least three wheels and a maximum speed of 6 km/h, but only for guests who require mobility assistance due to disability, age, or health reasons.
• Strollers must be parked in designated stroller parking areas, and locking them is recommended. Strollers parked outside designated areas may be moved, and any locks may be forcibly removed if necessary.

Visitor Food & Beverage Policy:

• Shanghai LEGOLAND restaurants and outdoor dining areas offer a wide variety of food and beverage options. At the same time, we understand and respect that visitors may wish to bring their own food and drinks. To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, the following items are not allowed inside Shanghai LEGOLAND (except for medical, infant, or special dietary needs):
• Foods that require heating, reheating, processing, refrigeration, or keeping warm (e.g., instant noodles requiring hot water, self-heating meals).
• Foods with strong or pungent odors (e.g., durian).
• Alcoholic beverages (e.g., beer, spirits).
