— Instructions for use —

• After purchasing a plan, changes and refunds are not allowed. You need to make an appointment via WhatsApp or call the Sandbox VR branch to confirm the experience date and time. Once confirmed, the date and time cannot be changed.

• Cannot be used in conjunction with other Sandbox VR HK discounts.

• Players must be at least 120cm tall and 8 years old.

• Players should wear light and comfortable clothing.

• Players should wear contact lenses as needed, as VR glasses may not be suitable for all styles and sizes of eyeglass frames.

• Each experience is for 2-6 people, and each plan requires at least two tickets to be purchased and used for the same session. If you purchase fewer than six tickets, other guests may be included in the experience.

• Please allow approximately one hour for your Sandbox VR experience.

• For guests under 18, a parent/guardian must be present in person on the day of the experience to sign a Minor Waiver before participating in the experience.

• Not recommended for pregnant women or people with heart conditions.

• Please arrive at the venue 15 minutes early to ensure you have a full experience, failure to arrive early may shorten your gaming experience to ensure other guests with reservations are not affected. The experience cannot begin until all participating guests are present.

• To ensure that other guests' reservations are not affected, any reservation that is late for more than 5 minutes may result in your experience time being reduced and the reservation being cancelled, and the paid fees will not be refunded.

• The advanced weapons given away in the Iron Star 2088 and Corpse Forest Mansion plans are limited in quantity. A maximum of one weapon can be redeemed per experience. First come first served, while the quota is full.

• The last date of use of the plan is December 31, 2025, and it will be invalid after the expiration date.

• We will be open as usual during T1 or T3 typhoons and yellow or red rainstorm warnings, but Sandbox VR store will be closed if T8, black rainstorm warnings and extreme weather conditions are in effect. Sandbox VR will contact you to reschedule your reservation.
