- Nếu hủy 151 ngày trước ngày đã chọn, các đơn hàng chưa sử dụng có thể được hủy miễn phí
- Từ 131 - 150 ngày trước ngày đã chọn, phí huỷ 30%
- Từ 66 - 130 ngày trước ngày đã chọn, phí huỷ 50%
- Không thể hủy đối với các đơn hàng hủy trong khoảng từ 0 đến 65 ngày kể từ ngày đã chọn và không thể yêu cầu thay đổi hoặc hoàn tiền
Lưu ý
- Chính sách huỷ phụ thuộc vào múi giờ do nhà cung cấp quy định.Yêu cầu huỷ đơn hàng cần 2-5 ngày làm việc để xử lý và xác nhận, Phí huỷ sẽ dựa vào chính sách huỷ của nhà cung cấp tại thời điểm bạn đặt hàng. Sau khi yêu cầu hoàn tiền được xác lập, KKday sẽ tiến hành hoàn tiền về phương thức thanh toán ban đầu trong vòng 15 ngày.
