Pickup outside of the said area meet at Berjaya Time Square Hotel lobby. - Late arrivals to the agreed pick-up or meeting location will be considered a no-show and no rescheduling or refund will be granted. - Please arrive at the agreed pick-up or meeting point at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time. - If you encounter any issues finding your pick-up point or the tour operator representative, kindly contact your travel agent. - The tour operator reserves the right to leave without you if you arrive late or if they can’t find you on time.
