This is a point-to-point attraction transfer service, with options for one-way or round-trip travel between attractions and hotels.

Pick up guests from your hotel to Ocean Park Hong Kong.
Guests will be picked up by the hotel and taken directly to the attraction at the time specified by the guest. The earliest service time is 8:00am
If you book a return trip, you will be sent back to the hotel at the designated time, which is easy and convenient.
The service hours (i.e. boarding time) are from 8:00am to 11:00pm. If you require other service hours, please specify when placing an order. Additional charges may apply.

The service is available from 8:00am to 11:00pm daily.
Please provide the correct contact method. The driver will contact you via instant messaging software (such as WhatsApp, LINE, WeChat, Viber) one day before the service.
** If you use LINE, please turn off the unknown [Block Messages] function, otherwise the driver cannot contact you. If you need to change your itinerary, you must submit it 24 hours before departure, and you can change it once for free.
Infant car seats are currently unavailable.
If you are bringing a stroller, wheelchair or luggage, please provide the information when placing an order to ensure that it can be safely placed in the vehicle.

  • The attraction shuttle service provides 20 minutes of free waiting time, starting from the agreed service time.

  • Excess waiting time will be charged at HKD100.00 per 30 minutes. The calculation is based on 30-minute units. If the time is less than 30 minutes, it should also be calculated as a unit of 30 minutes. Please pay the fees in cash to the driver on site.

  • In the event of force majeure or unforeseen events, we reserve the right to cancel your order, in which case the order fee will be fully refunded.
