➤Risks Related to Snow Sports
‧ When taking lessons with Chase for Snow Ski School, clients, parents, or guardians acknowledge that snow sports can be dangerous and may result in injury.
‧ Chase for Snow Ski School assumes no liability of any kind for any injuries or accidents that occur before, during, or after any lesson.
‧ All students must have valid travel insurance that covers accidents or injuries sustained while participating in snow sports.
‧ Chase for Snow Ski School is not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment or personal property before, during, or after lessons, including any costs for replacement equipment or loss of lesson time.
‧ Pregnancy, major illnesses, injuries, or special physical/mental conditions must be proactively disclosed to Chase for Snow Ski School. If you wish to take lessons, you must provide a doctor's certificate of clearance.
‧ Considering the risks associated with skiing, we do not accept students aged 65 and over for lessons. However, experienced individuals may contact our customer service for an assessment to see if they can enroll.

➤Lessons
‧ Lessons are divided into either Snowboarding or Skiing; instructors reserve the right to refuse the inclusion of members who are not part of the lesson category.
‧ You may not change your lesson category during the day (e.g., switching from Skiing to Snowboarding mid-lesson).
‧ Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the lesson starts, fully equipped with your gear, appropriate warm ski clothing, protective equipment, and a lift pass to ensure a prompt start. If a client is late for any reason, Chase for Snow Ski School will not provide any refunds or make up for the lost time.
‧ A lift pass is required for most lessons. If you are unsure which type of lift pass is most suitable, please ask your instructor. Lift passes are not included in the lesson fee.
‧ It is strongly recommended that students wear appropriate protective gear, especially a helmet, to reduce the risk of accidents. If a student does not have a helmet and the instructor deems there is a significant safety risk, they have the right to refuse to conduct the lesson.
‧ The location where the instructor conducts the lesson depends on: weather, snow conditions, crowd levels, and other safety considerations; the student's physical fitness and skill level; and where the student wishes to go.
‧ For meeting points in the Rusutsu area, beginners can only start their lessons at the East Mt. Center Station.

➤Children
‧ The minimum age for children in ski lessons is 7 years old for Snowboarding and 4 years old for Skiing. Children must be toilet trained. Chase for Snow Ski School reserves the right to refuse children who are not toilet trained. Children participating in Chase for Snow Ski School lessons may be required to provide proof of age.
‧ For children under 6, Chase for Snow Ski School recommends participating in one-on-one lessons. If a lesson includes children under 6, Chase for Snow Ski School must be notified in advance.
‧ Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their children have/have purchased a valid lift pass before the lesson begins. Any portion of a lesson missed due to the lack of a valid lift pass is non-refundable and cannot be made up.
‧ Parents or guardians of any child must provide an emergency contact and phone number before the child's lesson begins. Failure to do so may result in parents or guardians not being notified in an emergency.
‧ Parents or guardians of any child must inform Chase for Snow Ski School of any dietary or safety concerns. When participating in full-day lessons that include a lunch break, parents or guardians agree that children may be exposed to potential allergens in restaurants; Chase for Snow Ski School assumes no responsibility for food allergies.
‧ The cost of lunch is not included in the lesson fee, and parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children have sufficient money to pay for lunch.
