- Please wear a face mask at all times and adhere to the local COVID-19 prevention measures for your health and safety
- For safety reasons, travelers below 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour
- Please note that all travelers must sign and agree to the liability waiver to participate in this tour. If you do not sign the waiver or do not meet the eligibility requirements, you will not be allowed to take part in this tour and refunds will not be offered
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point promptly as the tour will depart on time. Refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- The activity usually runs in light rain and other moderate weather conditions, but the itinerary may be affected by weather and other unforeseen circumstances. The supplier reserves the right to adjust, cancel, extend, or shorten the itinerary. Please adhere to the arrangements made by the tour staff
- The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide will arrange alternative attractions in the event of attraction cancellation due to adverse traffic or weather conditions or force majeure
- Refunds or compensation will not be granted to travelers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- Travelers may be asked to present ID documents (e.g. passport, ID card) for identity verification. Please make sure you carry the aforementioned documents with you on the day of the visit
- Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency

Please be aware that you are required to wear a helmet that is properly fastened whenever you are riding
Please be aware that pregnant women must present their doctors' authorization in writing in order to participate in the tour and there is no refund if travelers do not present the document
Please be aware that young riders may be excluded from the tour if the guide feels that they are not able to ride in a safe enough manner to not endanger him/herself and the group.
Travelers are advised to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access
