Biwako Hall Lakeside Zone Paid Viewing Area

• This is the cheapest ticket among the paid viewing areas with over 62,000 seats
• Since the number of free areas has decreased significantly from this year, it is recommended that you purchase an admission ticket for the paid area as it is expected to be very crowded
• Since you will be viewing on the lawn and rocks, we recommend that you bring a rug with you
• It is prohibited to bring in picnic sheets, tents, etc. into the venue in order to obstruct other customers' views or take up more space than necessary.

Only available to customers who have purchased a "General Area Admission Ticket." (Customers who have purchased a "General Area Admission Ticket with Fast Pass" do not need a numbered ticket.)

To reduce congestion and prevent heatstroke at the "Khu vực ven hồ “m” tại Biwako Hall – Cổng vào số ⑦," numbered tickets will be distributed from the opening time of each admission ticket.

The admission time will be written on the numbered ticket, so please return at the time written on it.

Q&A

Q: Are there any seats or locations reserved for the general area tickets?
A: No. General area tickets are only for the right to enter the designated area to view the fireworks. Tickets do not provide a guarantee of reserved seating or space in advance. On the day of the show, we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing others to enjoy the show.

Q. Is there a limit to the number of tickets that can be sold? Is there a possibility that I won't be able to get a seat even if I buy a ticket? A. It is first come, first served, and there is a limit to the number of tickets that can be sold (maximum 12,000 people). We apologize for the inconvenience, but all products sold on our website, including general area admission tickets, are merely purchases for the right to enter a designated area, and do not include seats, and the location is not specified or guaranteed.

Q. I have a companion, but we will enter separately. Can we view the exhibition together in the venue?
A. When entering, the QR code on the electronic voucher will be checked for each person. After entering, we will guide you from the back of the entrance on the opposite side of the venue, so if you enter separately, we ask that you and your companion contact each other in the venue and arrange your own location. On the day, we expect a considerable number of people to visit the venue, so please note that it may not be possible to secure a location close to each other. We understand that this is an inconvenience, but we recommend that you all enter together if possible.

Q: What kind of leisure sheets will be distributed?
A: We plan to distribute vinyl leisure sheets that are 50 cm (length) x 100 cm (width), which can be folded in half and used as a cushion size. (Please note that the size and material may change with short notice)

Q: Can I enter at 0:00pm or 2:00pm and leave before the fireworks display starts?
A: Yes, it is possible. On the day of the event, there will be temporary exit and re-entry lanes and entrances.Re-entry tickets will be given to you on-site. After securing your space on the distributed leisure sheets, you will be able to temporarily exit and re-enter the venue. However, since there will be a large number of visitors on the day of the event, we recommend that you place something other than your valuables on the ground as a marker, and that you and your companions take turns securing a spot rather than leaving together. Please note that you will need to present your ticket to exit and re-enter the venue.

Q: Any chance I can enter the general admission area from the camera seats or the entrance for wheelchair/accompanied seating areas?
A: No, you cannot. All visitors who have purchased general area admission tickets must enter through the "Lake Biwa Great Fireworks Festival Biwako Hall Lakeside Zone Exclusive Entrance".

Q: Where is the "Khu vực ven hồ “m” tại Biwako Hall – Cổng vào số ⑦"?
A:  It is planned that the entrance will be toward Biwako Lake from the Nionohama 1-chome (におの浜一丁目) intersection where you have Nagisa-dori Street (なぎさ通り) behind and to the right and Biwako Hall (びわこホール) on the left. Around the intersection of Nionohama 1-chome (におの浜一丁目) is estimated to be the end of the line.

Q: If I purchase tickets for the Biwako Hall Lakeside Zone, do I have to be in line up at 10:00 am and gather at 2:00 pm? I plan to arrive at the venue between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Can I still enter Biwako Hall Lakeside Zone?
A: We expect a large number of visitors on the day of the event, so we will start the lineup at 10:00 am.  After the doors open at 2:00 pm, we plan to guide visitors in order from the first person in line. (Visitors will be directed to the general area from the opposite side of the entrance by squeezing into the space)

*On the day of the event, you will be handed a simple 1-person size leisure sheet and asked to secure a space with it. Please note that although you can enter the venue after 6:00 pm, however, you will most likely be placed in front of the entrance. Also, please come as far in advance as possible if you can adjust your schedule, as the busiest time is around 6:00 pm.
