If you do not show up on the day of your reservation or do not show up, we will charge you a 100% cancellation fee.
Dinner will be a buffet, but if you would like Japanese food, it will be available for an additional 1500 yen (excluding tax). If you would like this, please write it in the comments section when making your reservation.
We accept requests for non-smoking and smoking. Please indicate which you would like in the comments section when making your reservation. (If you do not specify, we will provide you with a non-smoking room.)
We cannot accommodate meals according to religious or customary requirements.
If you wish to use the scheduled shuttle service from Sakudaira Station or Meino Station, a reservation is required. (Reservations are required, so please apply by 18:00 the day before your trip.)
Dinner will be served in order of arrival, after 17:30 or 19:30 (or after 20:00 in some cases). As dinner will be served in order of arrival, you may not be able to eat dinner at the time you wish. Please note that you cannot choose your dinner time before your arrival.
If you plan to arrive after 6:00 p.m., please contact us in advance.
A separate bathing fee of 300 yen (including a 150 yen bathing tax) will be charged.
