Pattaya: Water Activities One-Day Tour | Thailand

• Please remember to bring your passport (a copy or mobile photo is acceptable), slippers or sandals, your own towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, swimwear, and a change of clothes. You are advised to wear your swimwear beforehand
  
• In order to purchase insurance, you are required to provide your date of birth, passport number, and English name as indicated on your passport; you can also provide a copy of your passport. Please note that your passport details must match your purchased insurance coverage for it to be valid. Insurance fees will be paid directly to the local hospital and cannot be paid in cash.
• Insurance is available only on the day of the tour, so if you get hurt or need to use the insurance, you should go to the hospital right away on the day
  
• Pick-ups:
  Some pick-up areas may have an additional fee.Please check [Pick-up cost and pick-up location information] (Additional fee paid on site)
• If you don't use the pick-up service, Please arrive at Bali Hai Pier on your own by 8:20 AM (Meeting Place: Bali Hai Pier)
  
• The tour operator will send you the details via KakaoTalk the day before the tour.
  
• If you are traveling by bus to the pick-up location, the meeting point is at Trio Pattaya Hotel or J Pattaya Hotel
  Pick-up and drop-off from Pattaya North Terminal is not available.
  
• This tour requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed. If this is not met one day before the departure date, the tour may be canceled. We will contact you to inform you of any changes or cancelations 
• We kindly remind you to always keep a close eye on your belongings. If you need to leave any items on the boat, we recommend covering them with a towel and taking a picture as a record. Please exercise caution and take responsibility for the security of your valuables, cash, and personal safety, as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damages
• In case of inclement weather conditions that prevent water sports activities, full refunds will be provided. However, once the tour has started, refunds will not be available if you choose to discontinue the tour. For water sports activities affected by bad weather after the tour has begun, partial refunds will be issued as follows: Parasailing: THB200, Jet Ski: THB150, Playground: THB150, Banana Boat: THB100, Sea Walking: THB200. Snorkeling and Playground: If snorkeling is not possible due to adverse weather conditions or algae, there will be no refund for the additional fee, and only the Playground activity will continue. Full refunds will be granted for any other additional water sports activities that have been booked
• In case of bad weather, the Speedboat Pier may be changed to Jomtien Beach, which may result in additional travel time. Please note that this change is made for safety reasons, and no refund or compensation will be given 
  
• Please inform us in advance if you have any heart or medical conditions. Failure to provide prior notice may result in your participation being denied without a refund
• Due to the nature of the speed boat, we do not recommend the tour for individuals with back problems or infants
• Water sports activities are only available for children who are 120cm or taller
• Children can participate water sports activities with parents(guardian) or guide but may not be able to join if they find it difficult to do so on site.
• Choose from a variety of meal options, such as fried pork with steamed rice, fried rice with pork/shrimp, and watermelon or pineapple juice. Please inform your guide about your meal preference on the tour day. The main meal usually includes rice, salad, fruit juice, chicken, banana, and french fries, with slight variations based on availability
  
• You don't have to use parasailing or playground on the way to Coral Island, but you have to wait until it's over
  
• Personal photography equipment is not available during see-walking.
  
• When using marine sports, be sure to pay attention to safety personnel's instructions and personal safety.
  
• Activities included in the option are difficult to change.
