When I arrived at the airport I had to search for the stall because they actually go by a different name then once I finally found them I was told that they didn’t have anymore devices. I told the associate that I already paid through KKday app. She said the best they could do was sell me an eSIM and that I should try to get a refund back through the app. I said an eSIM wouldn’t work on my phone.
