出發前來在苦惱哪裡能臨時緊急預約，感謝老天kkday讓我預約到了 環境超級美！真的很驚艷，預約付的咨詢費也會在最後抵銷。

接客からメイクまで大満足です！明るい雰囲気でとても入りやすいサロンでした！またぜひよろしくお願いします🙇‍♀️

The package I got was hair color and cut. When I arrived, the staff rushed me to the 3rd floor and started putting different hair gets directly into my hair. No one asked what color I liked or what style I was planning to achieve. The end result was HORRIBLE! Not only the hair dye transferred to my face, forehead and ears. My hair color was not what I had anticipated. The worst, was the so called hair stylist never took the time to learn what I wanted for a hair cut and start using razors to grime my hair… cutting and making my sideburns as a man’s cut. It looks terrible and will not recommend to my worst enemy! Please avoid this place!! I have attached the stylist card and her image. If I didn’t pay in advance for the package, I would have left the place when I saw she couldn’t even manage her own hair style!

韓国語のみとの記載で心配していましたが、ベースメイク担当の方とメイク担当の方は翻訳アプリを使いながら、短い英語でやりとりしてくださりました。 母と娘2名での予約で、バラバラの施術でした。 娘）シャンプー→ヘアセット→メイク　 母）シャンプー→メイク→ヘアセット シャンプーは途中から水が出たりお湯が出たりでした。12月の来店のため母は寒い寒いと言っていました、、 ヘアドライはかなり時間をかけて細かくしてくださりましたが、ブローの際、ボリュームを出すためなのか高温のドライヤーの風を頭から5センチほどの距離で毎回地肌に1秒程度あてられ火傷してるんじゃないかとめちゃくちゃ熱くて痛かったです、、 ヘアスタイルを聞かれ画像イメージを見せました。 ロングヘアーで毛先は理想と違う仕上がりでしたが 顔周り（前髪やフェイスライン）は素敵に仕上がっていました！ メイクに関しては大満足です！ いつもと違う自分の顔にわくわくドキドキしました♡ 今回はメイクがメインで予約したため、結果的に大満足です！
