DAY 1: HO CHI MINH CITY - CAN THO (overnight in Can Tho)

Depart Ho Chi Minh City around 7:45 am and travel to the picturesque city of Can Tho. Begin your exploration at rustic Son islet, where you can observe local fish farms, enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch, try your hand at making local cakes, and stroll through lush orchards while tasting fresh tropical fruits.

In the afternoon, continue to Bao Gia Organic Farm to discover sustainable high-tech farming. Join a hands-on workshop and choose between crafting aromatic herbal sachets or naturally dyeing a scarf using plant-based ingredients. Relax and unwind in the peaceful countryside setting.

DAY 2: CAN THO - CU LAO DUNG ISLET - HO CHI MINH CITY

Rise early for a boat trip through the mangrove forest to the river mouth, where tranquil landscapes offer a refreshing escape into nature. Then, learn how to make Num Kom (Nùm Cô), a traditional rice cake wrapped in banana leaves, and take home your handmade creation.

Later, choose one of two authentic local experiences: visit a community nursery to learn about the coastal ecosystem and plant a mangrove tree, or explore the countryside by bicycle or traditional three-wheeled vehicle through coconut gardens, tasting fresh coconut water and coconut jelly along the way.

You'll also have the opportunity to discover traditional beekeeping and make a coconut broom as a unique souvenir. In the afternoon, return to Ho Chi Minh City, concluding your memorable Mekong Delta adventure.
