Begin your adventure with a pickup from Pangkalan Bun Airport. Transfer by car to Kumai Port and board the klotok river boat. Begin your cruise into Tanjung Puting National Park. Enjoy lunch on the boat while cruising, then visit the first ranger station, Tanjung Harapan, to observe orangutans. Dinner will be served on the boat while you spot animals. Sleep on the boat in a cozy cabin with mosquito netting.

After breakfast onboard, visit the second ranger station, Pondok Tangguy, and try to see orangutans. Have lunch on the klotok, then cruise to the third feeding station, Camp Leakey, to observe orangutans in the wild. Return to the boat for leisure time and dinner. Spend the night onboard amid the sounds of the jungle or join an optional night trek to see sleeping animals.

Enjoy breakfast on the boat, optional to visit Sekonyer Village. Cruise back while enjoying the rich flora and fauna along the river. Arrive at Kumai Port and transfer to Pangkalan Bun Airport or join a city tour in Pangkalan Bun.

  • Know Before You Go: During your 3 days Adventure in Borneo, you will be the guest of the Jungle, no WiFi, slow internet access. You will overnight and have meals on the boat. Our boat is comfy, with double bed, no air conditioning, and it has a western toilet with clean water for shower.

  • Know Before You Go: You will be in a RainForest of Borneo, which has a unique microclimate. It can be very hot and humid, rain, stormy, wet and dry just in 1 hour.
