The experience begins with a guided tour of the winery premises, where you will learn about the route of the grape from the vineyard to the bottle and discover the history of winemaking in Naxos. You will tour the production areas and learn about the philosophy behind our wines, inspired by the land and the unique character of the island.
During the tour, you will encounter elements of traditional Naxian rural life. Old agricultural tools tell the story of the people of the countryside, while the vegetable garden and the fruit trees highlight the long-standing agricultural tradition of Naxos. The area is home to many species of birds and wildlife, creating a peaceful environment where visitors can connect with the natural rhythms of the land.
The estate's sheep are an integral part of the experience and highlight the close relationship between viticulture and livestock farming that has characterized the Naxos countryside over time. At the same time, you will learn about the natural cycle of rural life and how the residues from cultivation and winemaking are returned to the land, helping to maintain the fertility of the estate.
The experience concludes in the open-air tasting area, under the traditional pergola overlooking the Naxos countryside. There, you will enjoy selected labels from the winery, accompanied by a platter of local cheeses and seasonal products that showcase the island's culinary tradition.
