Welcome to our family-run farm in the heart of the Gargano, where for generations we have been caring for monumental olive trees and producing extra virgin olive oil with the same passion and respect for nature. Here you will not have a simple food tasting, but an authentic experience to share directly with those who cultivate this land every day.
We will begin with a walk among the monumental olive trees, some of which tell centuries of history and represent a unique heritage of our region. We will explain how they are grown, how they are cared for throughout the year, and why every choice in the field affects the quality of the oil that reaches the table.
We will continue with a visit to the farm, where we will go through all the stages of production: from the harvesting of the olives to the cold extraction, to the filtration and storage of the oil in stainless steel silos, designed to preserve its fragrances, aromas and quality over time.
The highlight of the experience will be the guided tasting. Through a simple and engaging route, you will learn to observe, smell, and taste an extra-virgin olive oil, recognizing its characteristics and understanding what elements distinguish a quality product. You will discover that behind every bottle there are skills, agronomic choices, attention to detail, and a lot of work that is often invisible.
