Discover Venice as you've never seen it before: from the elegant silence of a luxurious sailboat, away from the crowded waterways and the noise of the city. The tour starts at the Diporto Velico Veneziano, where the crew will welcome you for the presentation of the boat and the handover of your personalized welcome kit. After a short briefing, we will set sail on the calm waters of the lagoon to begin an unforgettable day.
The first part of the sail takes us past the islands of Certosa and Vignole, still authentic and uncrowded places, perfect for admiring the most genuine side of Venice. An Italian-style breakfast will be served on board, with coffee and local pastries, while the guide will introduce the history and interesting facts about the Venice Lagoon, sharing anecdotes and traditions that make this city unique in the world.
The first stop will be Burano, famous for its colorful houses, lacemakers and the lively atmosphere of the fishing village. Here we'll have time to stroll through the narrow streets, visit the small artisan shops and enjoy a typical Venetian lunch at a selected restaurant on the island (not included).
After lunch, the tour continues to Murano, home of the master glassmakers. We will dock for a private visit to a historic glassworks, where we will see glass blowing in action and, for those who wish, it will be possible to purchase unique pieces directly from the local artisans.
In the afternoon, we will resume our journey toward the heart of Venice. We will sail slowly toward San Giorgio Maggiore, admiring the Renaissance facades and the palazzos reflected in the water, until we reach San Marco at sunset. Here, surrounded by golden light and the scent of the sea, we will enjoy an elegant aperitif on the boat with Venetian cicchetti and DOC Prosecco.
We will end the day where it all began, with the feeling of having experienced an authentic Venice, away from the tourist trails and closer to its true spirit.
