The visit includes an explanation of the technical characteristics of raw chocolate (Modican chocolate), historical background, a presentation of the chocolate collections in the showroom, and a guided tasting of the chocolates in the Bottega, with particular reference to the Chocolates of the Grand Tour of Sicily, including Syracuse Chocolate.
