Sorrento: Lemon Tour + Cooking Class｜Italy

The meeting point for this activity will be directly inside the Limonaia, where we will begin with a guided tour of our traditional lemon and orange grove, which will conclude with a tasting of our artisanal products: orange and lemon marmalades paired with Provolone del Monaco cheese, lemon- or orange-infused olive oil, honey, biscuits, and our limoncello, a lemon curd liqueur. Afterward, our chef will be waiting for you to begin the cooking class, which involves preparing a traditional Sorrento menu consisting of a first course with homemade pasta, a main course, and, of course, dessert. Under the expert guidance of our chef, you can learn how to prepare the famous Sorrento-style gnocchi or Caprese-style ravioli. You will have the opportunity to prepare the famous eggplant parmigiana and, to finish, a delicious coffee tiramisu (please note that the selected menu may vary depending on the seasonality of the products).
At the end of the lesson, you will taste everything you have prepared in the shade of our pergola.
