State-of-the-art Kitchen - you'll be working in our high-end, custom-designed kitchens, at a fully equipped personal work station, complete with top-range utensils and fresh local ingredients.

The Pizza- learn how to make fresh, smooth, and silky dough for your traditional Pizza "teglia"

The Suppli - you’ll learn the art of making the traditional deep-fried Roman rice ball filled with tomato sauce and gooey mozzarella

The Dessert - Romans always end their meals, whether formal or informal, with a sweet treat. You'll learn how to make indulgent nutella pizza pockets!
