You will learn to make (and then eat!) pasta from scratch: from making the dough to preparing the filling while our chef makes an authentic sauce and shares fascinating Italian stories.
No previous experience is needed; just come and enjoy the experience together!

Our class:
• Introduction to the class (meeting with the chef)
• Explanation of the dishes to be prepared
• Preparation of homemade pasta (starting from scratch)
• Tasting of the types of pasta prepared with various condiments
