Impormasyon ng produkto

Discover the impressive diversity of one of the world's most famous wine regions at our wine tasting "The diversity of the Moselle in the glass". In just one place, you embark on a delightful journey along the entire Moselle, from the Upper Moselle to the Middle and Terrace Moselle to the Lower Moselle. Each region has its own character, shaped by different soils, microclimates, steep slopes, and the signature of its winemakers. It is precisely this diversity that makes the Moselle so unique.

The wine tasting is accompanied by the former regional wine queen of the Mosel and current wine consultant Janine Reichert or her personally trained team. With expertise, passion, and exciting stories about viticulture, tradition, and the region, they will guide you through the tasting and make the differences between the individual wines tangible. Understandable, enjoyable, and requiring no prior knowledge.

During the wine tasting, you will learn what is important when tasting and how to consciously perceive aromas, fragrance, and taste. You will learn about the influences of slate, limestone, or other soils on the wine, why locations and climate shape the character of a wine, and what lies behind the term "terroir." You will also receive tips on how to find your personal favorite wine and which wine goes well with different occasions or dishes.

Time and time again, wine lovers ask themselves similar questions:

Which wine suits my taste?
Why do two Rieslings taste different despite being made from the same grape variety?
What does terroir really mean?

Janine Reichert and her team will be happy to answer these and many other questions during the tasting. Personal interaction is the focus, and your curiosity is expressly welcome.

Each wine tasting is a unique experience, because the selection of wines tasted is based on what is currently available on site. The personal preferences of the guests are gladly taken into account, so that different wine styles can be discovered depending on taste. As a result, the tastings can always be different and offer new discoveries, even for returning guests. The wine tasting can be designed to be more technically detailed or more casual and enjoyment-oriented, if desired, depending entirely on the interests and prior knowledge of the participants.

The wine tasting takes place in our own wine shop during regular opening hours. Accompanying persons or guests who are not participating in the wine tasting are also welcome. In addition to non-alcoholic beverages, wine cocktails or beer are also available.

Whether you are taking your first steps into the world of wine or are already a wine lover, this wine tasting combines enjoyment, knowledge, and passion for the Moselle into a special experience. Look forward to interesting insights, authentic stories, and exceptional wines that show how multifaceted the Moselle really is.
