Start your Arctic day tour by departing from Tromsø city center and heading west toward the dramatic coastal landscapes of Senja Island, often described as “Norway’s fairy-tale island.” After a scenic drive through mountain roads and fjord valleys, we reach the ferry terminal and enjoy a beautiful fjord ferry crossing, offering panoramic views of Arctic islands, snow-covered peaks and deep blue waters.

Upon arriving on Senja, your guide will lead you through the island’s most iconic highlights. We usually begin in the charming fishing village of Husøy, where colorful houses cling to steep hillsides above the open sea. Continue to Senjahopen a dramatic Arctic fishing village located at the end of a narrow fjord, followed by a stop at the white-sand Ersfjord Beach, where Arctic landscapes meet the ocean.

Next, we continue to Tungeneset, known as the legendary Devil’s Teeth, one of Senja’s most photographed rock formations. Walk along the coastal paths and feel the power of the Arctic wind while enjoying breathtaking sea views.

Throughout the day, your guide will assist with photography and provide free high-resolution photo transfers after the tour. After completing the scenic route, we return to Tromsø city center via coastal roads or ferry depending on conditions, completing a full Arctic island adventure in one unforgettable day.
