As soon as you arrive at the estate, you are immersed in the family's history. In teams, you follow in the footsteps of Alain Jaume's ancestors, searching for the clues they left behind to protect the recipe for a secret cuvée.

Your adventure will take you through our vineyards, cellars, and our vault. Throughout the journey, you will have to solve riddles, take on brain-teasing challenges, face mystery food tastings, and participate in sensory workshops and a blending workshop. Each successful test will allow you to gain valuable clues to bring you closer to your final goal: Unlocking the secret recipe.
Teamwork, logic, and your senses will be your best allies.
Once the cuvée is released, the experience continues with a moment of pure pleasure at La Table d'Alain Jaume, our restaurant. There, you will taste the cuvée you discovered during a 4-course menu: appetizer, starter, main course, and dessert, accompanied by a hot drink. The meal is enhanced by a food and wine pairing that includes 4 Cotes du Rhône wines.

The menu is unique and seasonal, prepared by our chef using fresh ingredients. The service and pairings are provided by our sommelier, who will accompany you at each food tasting to help you discover the full richness of our wines.

11:00 a.m.: Welcome at the estate
11:15 a.m.: "Escape Wine" treasure hunt between vineyards and cellars, with riddles, sensory challenges, surprise food tastings, and a blending workshop.
From 12:30 pm: Lunch in the restaurant with a seasonal menu and food & wine pairing, including 4 Cotes du Rhône vintages, commented on by our sommelier.
