We start with a guided visit of the property, to introduce you to our vineyards, our cellars, our philosophy, and the key stages in the production of a Grand Cru. We'll tell you about the harvest, the winemaking process, our hydrodynamic aging, and our most original cuvées, such as Les Nuits Blanches or Hélios. Then, we move on to the main event: the tasting! We welcome you to our reception area, in the shade or in a refurbished former cellar, to let you taste our entire range.

You will taste 6 wines: a Rosé and a Blanc de Noir harvested at night, a Bordeaux Supérieur, a Saint-Emilion aged in amphorae, and two Saint-Emilion Grand Crus with very distinct profiles (vats vs. barrels). All accompanied by a generous platter of charcuterie and cheeses, made from local products. A delicious, informative and friendly experience, with no hassle.
