Next, participate in an olfactory creation workshop, the heart of the experience. In small groups, a “nose” guides you in creating your own perfume. Choose between top, middle, and base notes, experimenting with raw essences. Enjoy an introduction to olfactory grammar that educates your nose and echoes wine tasting (structure, head, body, length on the palate).

Afterward, enjoy a light and fragrant lunch in the historic center of Grasse. Choose a restaurant serving local products.

In the afternoon, drive to the hills above Nice, on the left bank of the Var, where the vineyards of Bellet (one of France's smallest AOCs) occupy sunny terraces.
