Explore behind the scenes of wine – 30-minute guided visit
Accompanied by a member of the team, immerse yourself in the living history of our estate. A walk through the vines, learning about the grape varieties, an explanation of our cultivation philosophy, and then an in-depth look at our facilities: stainless steel vats, a traditional barrel cellar, and an amphora ageing room. From the bunch to the bottle, follow the wine's journey step by step, between respect for the terroir and artisanal innovation.
Taste our iconic cuvées – 30-minute commented tasting
Make yourself comfortable in our panoramic room with a 360° view of the vineyards, or, weather permitting, in the middle of the rows of vines for a tasting in the heart of nature. You will enjoy three carefully selected wines:
• Château Haut Boutisse – Bordeaux Supérieur, supple and fruity
• La Réserve – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, round and structured
• Château Palais Cardinal – Saint-Emilion Grand Cru, intense and refined
And if you are a white wine lover, we produce that too! Feel free to talk to us about it.
Extend the pleasure with a picnic in the vineyards – 1-hour lunch
Your experience doesn’t stop there. We offer a complete picnic carefully prepared with fresh, local produce, served in the heart of the vineyard or in our garden, in the shade of the large, two-hundred-year-old cedar tree. If the weather is unpredictable, a more cozy atmosphere awaits you in our old barrel cellar, converted into a welcoming room.
And to accompany your meal: a whole bottle of Château Palais Cardinal – Saint-Émilion Grand Cru is offered to you, to be enjoyed as a couple or in a small group for a moment of pure happiness.
