Canoe-kayak rafting is the most athletic version of whitewater sports.
As in rafting, the boat is inflatable. However, you are alone (or with one other person) on board to steer, propel, and balance the craft.
From his own craft, the guide shows you the way to go and ensures your safety.
Previous kayaking experience is required, even if it was only on a lake.
The course takes approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Add to this the time for getting kitted out, the briefing, and the drop-off transportation. Total duration: 4 hours.
