Impormasyon ng produkto

Discover Scotland through its food in this hands-on cooking class in Edinburgh. Join a small group in a welcoming kitchen environment and learn how to prepare some of Scotland’s most beloved traditional dishes using classic ingredients and techniques.

During the class, you’ll cook Cullen Skink, Scotland’s famous smoked haddock soup, guided step-by-step through the process of building flavour and preparing this comforting dish. While the soup cooks, enjoy a curated tasting of Scottish cheeses, sampling a selection of regional varieties and learning about Scotland’s rich dairy traditions.

You’ll also bake traditional Scottish shortbread, one of the country’s most iconic sweet treats. Your host will guide you through the techniques that give shortbread its distinctive crumbly texture and buttery flavour.

At the end of the session, sit down together with your fellow guests to enjoy the meal you’ve prepared. Tea, coffee, and a taste of Scotland’s famous Irn-Bru are included.

This relaxed, small-group experience takes place in Leith, one of Edinburgh’s most vibrant food neighbourhoods. It’s the perfect way to experience Scottish culture through food, learn new cooking skills, and share a memorable meal.
