1. All services are by reservation only, so please arrive on time for your reservation time. If you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show, and a refund is impossible in this case.
2. As a popular hair salon among Koreans, it may be impossible to reserve your desired date and time. In this case, our CS team will contact you via email or messenger.
3. Services are available for all ages, and prices are the same regardless of age.
4. Hair lengths are based on the collarbone, an additional charge of up to 60,000 KRW may apply for dyeing and perm services, depending on your hair length.
5. Each program can accommodate a maximum of 4 people at the same time. For groups of 5 or more, the start times may be staggered and conducted sequentially.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
