Product Info

Learn to cook traditional Ecuadorian delights in the charming town of Cayambe. Make your own bizcochos, artisanal dairy, and "helado de paila" in a hands-on cooking class. Enjoy round-trip transport from Quito.

Begin with comfortable private transportation from Quito to Cayambe. Upon arrival, be welcomed by local hosts ready to teach you how to prepare traditional Ecuadorian treats in a hands-on cooking class.

Learn to make Cayambe’s signature bizcochos: warm, crunchy pastries baked fresh. Prepare artisanal dairy products, such as fresh cheese or caramel spread (manjar). Make helado de paila, a traditional hand-churned ice cream made with fresh fruit.

This is a fully interactive experience. Prepare everything yourself with guidance from a local instructor, using fresh, local ingredients. At the end of the class, enjoy a full tasting of what you’ve made.
