Product Info

The journey begins at 5:30 am, as we set sail from the public pier in Puerto Jimenez (Meeting place), on a stunning 1.5-hour boat ride. Feast your eyes on the breathtaking convergence of rainforest and ocean, catching mesmerizing sunrises along the way.

Keep your senses alert, as we might be fortunate enough to encounter marine wildlife like turtles, dolphins, birds, and even majestic humpback whales.

Upon reaching Sirena, prepare for a wet landing (rocky bottom), adding a thrilling touch to your rainforest expedition.
After registration our expert guide will lead you on a walking exploration of the main trails surrounding the Ranger Station, seeking out the most unique wildlife sightings.
From playful monkeys to vibrant toucans, colorful parrots, elusive tapirs, and even crocodiles, you'll be amazed by the diversity of creatures thriving in this pristine environment. Our knowledgeable guide will share fascinating insights about the area, enriching your experience further.

The trails are generally easy to navigate, with some stream crossings adding an extra touch of adventure. In the rainy season, be ready for a bit more mud, making the journey all the more thrilling. We will stop at the station for one hour to rest and have lunch, usually around 11:00–11:30 am. At 12:45 pm, we board the boat back to Puerto Jimenez, cherishing the memories and encounters from the morning's adventure.

By 2 or 2:30 pm, we'll be back in Puerto Jimenez, leaving you with an unforgettable rainforest experience in the heart of Corcovado National Park. Don't miss this opportunity to witness the wonders of Sirena. Book your one-day tour now and immerse yourself in the natural splendor of Costa Rica's rainforests.
