In the kitchen of this local expert chef, you'll prepare traditional dishes, learn all their secrets, and also gain insight into local gastronomy.

The class begins with a description of the ingredients used for the dishes. Then, you'll start cooking the dishes yourself with the help of a highly experienced instructor. For starters, you'll make the renowned and delicious Argentine empanadas, learning all the secrets of the filling and the dough. The main course will be beef stew: a typical Argentine dish prepared with a contemporary recipe, giving it a different flavor (ingredients: beef, rum, red wine, and mushrooms). Finally, a Semifreddo Dulce de Leche and Rum: a contemporary dessert prepared with classic Argentine ingredients. We offer a vegetarian menu option with prior reservation. All ingredients and utensils are included.
