Accompanied by two brothers who are passionate about our cuisine, you will discover that asado is not just meat on a grill; it is a language of hospitality and patience.

What does the experience include?

The Fernet Ritual: We kick off the afternoon by preparing the “viajero,” the classic Cordovan drink, while we tell you why this Italian beverage became the very essence of our pre-asado gatherings.

Fire Masterclass: We'll teach you how to choose the charcoal (or wood), how to control the temperature by hand, and how to understand the cooking times for each cut of meat. You'll learn what chimichurri is, the importance of the meat's doneness, and why applauding the grill master is a must.

Premium Tasting: Throughout the afternoon, we will uncork selected labels from Mendoza wineries (Malbec, Cabernet, or signature blends), explaining why the Andean soil makes these wines the perfect accompaniment to meat.

The Feast: A full lunch featuring traditional starters (offal, provoleta cheese), the main course (classic cuts such as flank steak or skirt steak), and a traditional dessert to round off the evening under the stars.
